광절 열두조충증, Diphyllobothriun latum

개의 review	물고기 촌충이라고도 한다. Also called fish tapeworm.
역학 epidemiology	숭어 등 물고기에 감염되는 촌충이다. 물고기는 중간숙주 역할을 한다.광절 열두조충에 감염된 물고기를 먹으면 감염될 수 있다. 연어 생선을 먹고 촌충증에 걸릴 수 있다. It is a tapeworm that infects fish such as mullet. The fish acts as an intermediate host. You can become infected by eating fish that have been infected with the L. You can get tapeworm by eating salmon fish.
원인 cause	광절 열두 조충 tapeworm
잠복기 inubation period	3-5주일 incubation period 3-5 weeks
증상징후symptom sign	위장관을 막을 수 있고 설사, 복통, 비타민 B12 결핍으로 거대 적혈모구빈혈이 생길 수 있다. It can block the gastrointestinal tract, and diarrhea, abdominal pain, and vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anemia.
진단 Diagnosis	병력+증상 징후+진찰소견+편충 편절이나 알을 대변검사에서 보고 진단한다. Diagnosis is made by looking at medical history + symptoms signs + examination findings + whipworm fragments or eggs in a stool test.
치료Treatment	Praziquantel 또는 Niclosanide로 치료한다.Treatment with Praziquantel or Niclosanide.
예방 Prevention	생선을 잘 익혀먹는다. Hot cook the fish well
