리노바이러스 감염병, Rhinoviral infections

역학 epidemiology	손이나 비말을 통해서 사람에서 사람으로 감염되고 자가감염도 된다. 가을과 봄 계절에 가장 잘 발병한다. It can be transmitted from person to person through hands or droplets, and can also be self-infected. It is most prevalent in the fall and spring seasons.
원인 cause	리노 바이러스(라이노바이러스/Rhinoviruses)에는 약 100여 혈청종이 있다. 각 혈청종 감염으로 인해 리노 바이러스 감염병이 생길 수 있다. There are about 100 serospecies of rhinoviruses (Rhinoviruses). Each seromas infection can result in a rhinovirus infection.
잠복기 Incubation	2-3일 2-3 days
증상징후 symptoms and signs	감기나 비염–부비동염을 일으키는 원인 중 가장 흔한 원인 바이러스다. 리노바이러스는 중이염, 인두염, 세기관지염, 폐렴 등의 원인이 되기도 한다. 리노바이러스 감염으로 감기에 걸리면 감기 초기에는 맑은 콧물이 나오다가 며칠이 지나면 짙은 점액고름 콧물이 나온다. 그리고 피곤, 두통, 근육통, 미열, 기침 등 증상징후가 약 10-14일 간 계속 될 수 있다. 천식 기가 있는 사람이 리노바이러스 감염으로 생긴 감기에 걸리면 천식이 발작될 수 있고 천식의 증상이 더 심해질 수 있다. It is the most common causative agent of the common cold or rhinitis-sinusitis. Rhinovirus can also cause otitis media, pharyngitis, bronchiolitis, and pneumonia. If you catch a cold due to a rhinovirus infection, you will have a clear runny nose at the beginning of the cold, and then a thick mucus and pus runny nose will come out after a few days. In addition, symptoms such as fatigue, headache, muscle pain, low fever, and cough may continue for about 10-14 days. When a person with asthma catches a cold caused by a rhinovirus infection, it can trigger an asthma attack and make asthma symptoms worse.
진단 diagnosis	병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견 등으로 진단하는 것이 보통이다. 그러나 때에 따라 RT-PCR 분석 검사 등으로도 진단한다. Diagnosis is usually based on medical history, symptoms, and findings. However, it is sometimes diagnosed by RT-PCR analysis.
치료 treatments	지지치료와 대증 치료로 치료한다. Treated with supportive and symptomatic treatment.
예방 preventionh	예방 백신은 없다. There is no preventive vaccine.
