리케차폭스 병, Rickettsialpox

원인

Rickettsia akari 세균 감염으로 생긴다. 가정 집 쥐에 물리면 이 병이 생길 수 있다.

잠복기는 6~15일.

증상 징후

열, 두통, 피곤, 근육통 들을 동반한다. 중상이 생기기 시작한 1~4일 내에 얼굴 몸통 다리 등에 홍반 구진 물집이 생기고 마지막으로 괴사딱지가 생긴다. 드믈게 구토, 입맛 상실, 결막염, 눈부심 등 증상도 생길 수 있다.

진단

증상 병력 진찰 등을 참작해 진단할 수 있고 피부 발진에서 얻은 피검물이나 피로 세균 배양 검사해서 진단 한다. 항원 항체 검사로 진단 할 수 있고 간접 면역 형광 항체 분석으로 진단 할 수 있다.

치료

Doxycycline이나 fluoroquinolones 또는 Chloramphenicol으로 치료 한다.

Rickettsia akari is caused by bacterial infection. A domestic mouse bite can cause this disease.

The incubation period is 6-15 days.

Symptoms Signs

It is accompanied by fever, headache, fatigue, and muscle aches. Within 1 to 4 days after the onset of serious injury, erythematous papules and blisters form on the face, trunk, and legs, and finally, necrotizing scabs. Rarely, symptoms such as vomiting, loss of appetite, conjunctivitis, and glare may occur.

Diagnosis

Diagnosis can be made by taking into account the history of symptoms, etc. It can be diagnosed by antigen-antibody test and can be diagnosed by indirect immunofluorescence antibody analysis.

Treratment

Treat with doxycycline, fluoroquinolones, or chloramphenicol.
