사람 파에코바이러스 감염병, Human Parechovirus Infections

■ 원인

사람 파에코바이러스 속에는 16개의 사람 파에코바이러스 속이 있고
사람 파에코바이러스 속 1과 사람 파에코바이러스 속 2는 과거 에코바이러스 22 와 23에 해당된다.
이 바이러 감염병은 세계적으로 유행하고 초기 소아기 아이들은 이 바이러스에 잘 감염되는 것이 보통이다.
학동기아들의 항체검사에서 거의 양성으로 나타난다.
영유아들이 감염되면 심하게 앓는 것이 보통이다. 대변–구강 경로나 호흡기를 통해 감염된다.

■ 잠복기를 확실히 모른다.

■ 증상 징후

장 바이러스 (enterovirus)감염병의 증상과 비슷하다.
파종성 단순 헤르페스 바이러스 감염병과 비슷한 증상이 생길 수 있다.열, 피진, 패혈증과같은 증상, 뇌염, 뇌막염, 마바증상, 경련도 생길 수 있다.
열, 피부 발진, 패혈증의 증상과 비슷한 증상, 뇌막염의 증상, 뇌염의 증상, 마비 증상 등이 있을 수 있다.
신생아들이나 영아들이 이 바이러스에 감염되면 패혈증, 간염, 혈액 응고장애, 수막뇌염 등이 생길 수 있다.

■ 진단

병력, 증상 징후 진찰 소견을 종합해 이 병을 의심하면 중합효소연쇄 반응 (RT-PCR)검사로 진단한다,
소변, 대변, 비 인두에서 피검물을 채취해 바이러스 배양 검출해 진단한다. 혈청 항체 검사로 진단 할 수 있다.

■ 치료

특별 치료 방법이 없다. 면역 글로불린 혈관 주사로 치료 할 수 있다.

■ Cause

• There are 16 human paecovirus genera in the human paecovirus genus.

• Human paecovirus genus

1 and human paecovirus genus 2 correspond to past echoviruses 22 and 23.

• This viral infection is prevalent worldwide, and early childhood children are usually susceptible to this virus.

• The antibody test of school-age children is almost positive.

• It is common for infants and young children to become seriously ill when infected. It is transmitted through the fecal-oral route or through the respiratory tract.

■ Not sure about the incubation period.

■ Symptoms Signs

• It is similar to the symptoms of enterovirus infection.

• Symptoms similar to those of disseminated herpes simplex virus infection may occur. Symptoms such as fever, dermatitis, sepsis, encephalitis, meningitis, MAB’s symptoms, and convulsions may also occur.

• There may be fever, skin rash, symptoms similar to sepsis, symptoms of meningitis, symptoms of encephalitis, and symptoms of paralysis.

• Newborns and infants infected with this virus can develop sepsis, hepatitis, blood clotting disorders, and meningoencephalitis.

■ Diagnosis

• If the disease is suspected based on the medical history, symptoms, signs, and examination findings, it is diagnosed with a polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test;

• Diagnosis is made by collecting specimens from urine, feces, and nasopharynx and detecting virus culture. It can be diagnosed with a serum antibody test.

■ treatment

• There are no special treatment options. It can be treated with intravenous immunoglobulin injections.
