원인균

황색 포도상 구균,
A군 베타 용혈성 연구균,
장구균,
병원내 감염병 Nosocomial infections
P.multocida,
Capnocytophaga spp,
혼합 세균군 Mixed flora
Aeromonas,
Vibrio spp
Sporothrix schenkii 등의 세균 감염
이중 가장 흔히 일으키는 세균은 MRSA(Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) 이다.

감염병의 종류

단독 erysipelas,
연조직염cellulitis,
수포농가진bullous impetigo,
물림감염병bite infections,
안와주위조직염 periorbital cellulitis,
안와조직염 orbital cellulitis,
괴사근막염 necrotizing fasciitis,
화농근육염 pyomyositis,
농양 abscesses

치료

다음 중 한가지나 두세가지로 치료 한다.

항생제 치료 전 환부에서 고름을 채취한다 그래서 그람 염색검사와 균 배양 검사를 한다
치료 중 필요에 따라 배농 및 죽은 조직 제거술
혈관 immunoglobulin 치료,
cephalosporins과 beta-lactam/beta-lactamase inhibitor antibacterials
clindamycin or metronidazole
clindamycin과 vancomycin
linezolid과 quinupristin/dalfopristin,
trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole,
doxycycline (8세 이상)
국부 mupirocin 등으로 치료 한다

Causative bacteria

• Staphylococcus aureus;

• Group A beta-hemolytic research bacteria;

• Enterococci;

• Nosocomial infections

• P. multocida,

• Capnocytophaga spp;

• Mixed flora

• Aeromonas,

• Vibrio spp

• Bacterial infection, such as Sporothrix schenkii

• Among these, the most common bacterium is MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus).

• Sole erysipelas,

• cellulitis;

• bullous impetigo,

• bite infections;

• periorbital cellulitis,

• orbital cellulitis,

• necrotizing fasciitis,

• pyomyositis,

• Abscesses

Treatmnt

Treat with one or two or three of the following:

• Before antibiotic treatment, pus is collected from the affected area, so Gram staining test and bacterial culture test are performed.

• Drainage and removal of dead tissue as needed during treatment

• Vascular immunoglobulin therapy;

• cephalosporins and beta-lactam/beta-lactamase inhibitor antibacterials

• clindamycin or metronidazole

• clindamycin and vancomycin

• linezolid and quinupristin/dalfopristin;

• trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole;

• doxycycline (8+)

• Treat with topical mupirocin.
