스포로트릭스증, Sporotrichosis

역학	스포로스릭스 쉔키키 S schenckii 진균은 열대, 아열대, 미국, 일본 등 전 세계 지역에서 발견되고 흙, 나무, 썩은 채소, 크리스마스 트리 등에서 발견되고 감염된 고양이로부터 피부 상처를 통해서 감염될 수 있다.
원인	스포로스릭스 쉔키키(S schenckii) 세균 종에는 Sporothrix brasiliensis, Sporothrix globosa와 Sporothrix mexicana 종이 있고 그로 인한 감염병이 사람에게 생길 수 있다.
잠복기	7-90일
증상징후	스포로스릭스 곰팡이균에 감염되면 피부염과 림프절염이 생길 수도 있고, 때로는 소아들의 피부에 고립성 부스럼이 생기거나 구진 발진이 나거나 또는 구진 궤양성 피부염이 생길 수 있다. 피부염 이외에 무릎, 팔목, 팔꿈치, 발목 관절 등에 관절염 등 비 피부 관련 전신성 감염병 등이 알코올 중독자나 만성 폐쇄성 폐병이 있는 사람이나 또는 면역 결손증이 있는 사람에게 생길 수 있다.
진단	병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견 등을 참작해서 이 병을 의심하면 Sporothrix종 곰팡이 균을 환부조직 또는 환부에서 나오는 분비물, 가래 등에서 배양 검출해 진단한다. 그 외 PCR 분석검사 등으로 진단한다.
치료	Itraconazole, Potassium iodide, Fluconazole, Amphotericin B 등의 항 곰팡이제로 치료한다.
예방	예방접약은 없다.

Sporotrichosis

Epidemiology

Sporosrix S schenckii fungus is found in tropical, subtropical, American, and Japanese regions around the world, found in soil, trees, rotten vegetables, Christmas trees, etc., and can be transmitted through skin wounds from infected cats.

Causes

Sporothrix schenckii bacterial species include Sporothrix brasiliensis, Sporothrix globosa and Sporothrix mexicana, which can cause infectious diseases in humans.

Incubation period 7-90 days

Symptoms and signs

Infection with the fungus Sporosrix may cause dermatitis and lymphadenitis, and sometimes isolated swells, papular rashes, or papule-ulcerative dermatitis in children. In addition to dermatitis, non-skin-related systemic infectious diseases such as arthritis in the joints of the knees, wrists, elbows, and ankles can occur in alcoholics, people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or immunodeficiency.

If the disease is suspected in consideration of the diagnosis history, symptom signs, and examination findings, the diagnosis is made by detecting the Sporothrix fungus cultured in the affected tissue or secretions from the affected area, sputum, etc.

Diagnosis

Diagnosis is made by other PCR assays.

Treatment

Treat with antifungal agents such as Itraconazole, Potassium iodide, Fluconazole, and Amphotericin B.

There is no preventive vaccine.
