원인은 애스트로바이러스 Astrovirus이다.

The cause is the Astrovirus.

애스트로바이러스 감염병.

위장염Astrovirus infection. gastroenteritis

전 세계적 유행, 또는 한 지역에 유행할 수도 있다.

비 박테리아성 위장염 환자들의 5-17%에서 애스트로바이러스를 검출해 냈다고 한다. 주로 4세 이하 아이들에게 더잘 감염되고 늦 겨울과 봄에 더 유행한다.

오염된 음식물과 물을 통해 대변 구강 경로를 통해서 감염된다. It can be a global trend, or it can be a local epidemic. Astrovirus was detected in 5-17% of patients with non-bacterial gastroenteritis. It is more common in children under 4 years of age and is more prevalent in late winter and spring. It is transmitted through the fecal-oral route through contaminated food and water.

잠복기는 3~4일이다.

흔히 무증상이다. 구토 설사, 열, 복통, 탈수 등 증상이 생기고 보통 5~6일 간 앓는다. 증상이 나타나기 4일 전부터 애스트로 바이러스가 대변을 통해서 나오고 때로는 무증상인데도 이 바이러스가 여러 주 동안 분비된다.The incubation period is 3-4 days. Often asymptomatic Symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain, and dehydration occur and usually last for 5 to 6 days. Astroviruses are released in the feces 4 days before symptoms appear, and sometimes even asymptomatically, the virus is secreted for weeks.

병력+증상 징후+ 신체검사+효소면역 분석 검사, RT_PCR 검사, 바이러스 RNA 검사 등으로 진단한다.

Diagnosis is made by medical history + symptom signs + physical examination + enzyme immunoassay test, RT PCR test, viral RNA test, etc.

대증 치료, 포도당 전 해질 용액 경구치료 또는 혈관 주사치료.

예방 접종 백신은 없다. 손을 깨끗이 씻는다.

Symptomatic treatment, oral treatment with glucose electrolyte solution, or intravenous injection treatment. Vaccination There is no vaccine. Wash your hands thoroughly.
