유행 발진 티프스, Epidemic Typhus

역학 Epimidilogy	사람 몸 이에 물린 후 리케차 프로바제키 (Rickettsia prowazekii) 박테리아에 감염되면 유행 발진 티브스에 걸릴 수 있다. 사람에서 사람으로 몸 이 매개로 이 병은 퍼진다. 감염된 몸 이의 변이 물린 상처를 통해 감염되거나 그 변이 점막에 묻거나 또는 그 변을 호흡기로 흡입하면 감염될 수 있다. 아시아, 중앙, 남아메리카, 유롭 일부지역, 아프리카에서 발병된다. 미국에서도 가끔 이 병이 발병된다. After a human tooth bite, infection with the bacterium Rickettsia prowazekii can cause the epidemic rash Tibbs. This disease spreads from person to person through the body. Infection can occur through the bite of an infected body lice, or by inhalation of the feces on the mucous membrane of the body. It occurs in Asia, Central, South America, parts of Europe, and Africa. In the United States, the disease occasionally occurs.
원인 Cause	Rickettsia prowazekii 박테리아 Rickettsia prowazekii bacteria
잠복기 Incubation	1-2주 일이다. 1-2 weeks work.
증상 징후 Symptoms , signs	유행 발진 티프스(Epidemic typhus)의 증상 징후는 갑자기 나타날 수 있다. 풍토병 발진티푸스(발진열)의 중증도 보다는 훨씬 더하다. 고열, 한전, 심한 두통, 권태, 근육통, 구기, 구토도 생길 수 있다. 황반구진 피부발진이 몸통에서 나기 시작해서 팔 다리로 퍼져난다. 그러나 얼굴 손 발바닥에는 나지 않는다. 이 발진이 출혈발진으로 변하거나 점상 출혈 발진으로 변한다. 복통이 생길 수도 있고 정신상태 이상도 생길 수 있고 환상 망상도 생긴다. 그리고 혼수에 빠질 수 있다. 심장 부전증, 신장 부전증 등이 생기고 사망할 수 있다.• Symptoms of Epidemic typhus can appear suddenly. • Much greater than the severity of endemic typhus (rash). • High fever, fever, severe headache, malaise, muscle pain, gout, and vomiting may also occur. • A maculopapular skin rash that starts on the trunk and spreads to the arms and legs. However, it does not appear on the face, hands, and soles of the feet. This rash turns into a hemorrhagic rash or into a petechial rash. • Abdominal pain may occur, mental disorders may occur, and delusions may occur. And you can fall into a coma. • Heart failure, kidney failure, etc. can occur and die;
진단 diagnosis	병력+증상 징후+진찰소견을 종합해 이 병을 의심하면 Rickettsia prowazeki 균 DNA 검사, PCR 분석검사, IgG, IgM 검사, IHC 검사, 병원체 검출 등으로 진단한다.If this disease is suspected by combining the medical history + symptom signs + examination findings, the diagnosis is made with Rickettsia prowazeki DNA test, PCR analysis test, IgG, IgM test, IHC test, and pathogen detection.
치료 treatment	Doxycycline이나 Chloramphenicol 등 항생제로 치료한다. Treatment with antibiotics such as doxycycline or chloramphenicol.
예방 prevention	예방 접종백신은 없다. 살충제로 이를 죽이고 이알을 죽인다. 베드 시트 및 옷을 잘 세탁해 이와 이 알을 죽인다. There is no immunization vaccine. Kill the lice with pesticides and kill the lice. Wash your bed linen and clothes well to kill lice and their eggs.
