족저 사마귀(족척우췌/발바닥 사마귀), Plantar warts

발바닥에 난 보통 사마귀를 족저 사마귀, 족저우종 또는 족척우췌라고 한다.
족저 사마귀가 발바닥에 한두 개 내지 여러 개 날 수 있다.
보통 사마귀가 난 발바닥으로 디디고 걸을 때 사마귀의 바로 밑에 있는 피하 조직 말초신경이 눌리기 때문에 사마귀가 난 발바닥이 아플 수 있다.
발바닥에 난 보통 사마귀의 끝 부분 속에 있는 모세혈관이 확장되고 터질 수 있다. 보통 사마귀 끝 부분에 피가 맺혀 있을 수 있다. 때로는 검은 출혈반점이 사마귀 끝 부분에 생길 수 있다(사진 440, 442, 446 참조).
참고로, 발바닥에 난 티눈 끛 부분에는 출혈 반점이 없다. 그래서 티눈과 족저 사마귀를 쉽게 감별 진단을 할 수 있다.

족저 사마귀(족척우췌/발바닥 사마귀)의 치료

발바닥에 난 보통 사마귀(발바닥사마귀/족척 우췌)로 아무 증상 징후가 생기지 않으면 그대로 두고 관찰한다.
사마귀가 난 부위의 발바닥이 아프면 전기소작 치료를 하든지, 트리클로아세틱산제 치료, 두오필름액제 치료, 또는 트랜스 벨 살제(Trans Ver Sal) 치료로 사마귀를 뺄 수 있다.
사마귀 화학약물 치료 중 한 가지를 선택해서 치료할 수 있다. 약국 OTC에서 이런 약을 사서 가정 치료를 할 수 있다.
수술절제 치료를 받은 발바닥 부분에 흉터가 생길 수 있고, 그 흉터 바로 밑 피하조직 말초신경이 흉터로 눌려 흉터가 있는 발바닥으로 걸을 때마다 발이 아플 수 있기 때문에 일반적으로 발바닥 보통 사마귀를 수술절제로 치료하지 않는다.

부식제 치료 Caustics(Topical acid)	Podophyllin	가정 또는 의사 오피스에서 치료할 수 있고 치료비가 저렴하다.	자극될 수 있고 재발할 수 있고 전신성 독성이 생길 수 있다.
캔살이딘 치료 Cantharidin(Vesicant)	Cantharidin	때로는 치료 효과가 나타나지 않는다.	재발성이 있고 치료 후 착색될 수 있다.
전기 소작 및 레이저 치료 Electrocautery and laser	–	치료의 효과가 좋다	아플 수 있고, 상흔이 생길 수 있고 재발 가능성이 있고 치료할 때 마취가 필요하고 치료비가 많이 든다.

외음부 성기 사마귀는 의사의 처방에 따라 Podofilox 0.5%액으로 치료할 수 있다.

Plantar warts (plantar warts)

• Common warts on the soles of the feet are called plantar warts, plantar warts, or plantar warts.

• You may have one or two or several plantar warts on the soles of your feet.

• Usually, when you step and walk on the sole of the wart, the subcutaneous tissue just below the wart is compressed on the peripheral nerve, so the sole of the wart can hurt.

• The capillaries, usually inside the tip of a wart on the sole of the foot, can expand and burst. Usually there may be blood on the tip of the wart. Occasionally, black bleeding spots may appear on the tip of the wart (see pictures 440, 442, 446).

• For reference, there are no bleeding spots on the corns on the soles of the feet. Therefore, it is easy to differentiate between corns and plantar warts.

Treatment of plantar warts (plantar warts/plantar warts)

• If there are no symptoms with common warts on the soles of the feet (plantar warts/foot warts), leave it as it is and observe it.

• If the sole of the wart is painful, you can remove the wart with electrocautery, tricloacetic acid treatment, duofilm solution treatment, or Trans Ver Sal treatment.

• You can choose to treat warts with one of the chemical drug treatments. You can buy these medicines at the pharmacy OTC and treat them at home.

• In general, common plantar warts are treated with surgical excision, because scars may form on the sole of the foot that has been treated with surgical excision, and the subcutaneous tissue peripheral nerve just below the scar may be compressed by the scar, which may cause pain whenever you walk on the scarred sole. I never do that.
