파스퇴렐라증, Pasteurella Infections

역학 epidemiology	집에서 길르는 고양이나 개 또는 야생 수유동물의 구강에 상존하는 Pasteurella균 감염으로 파스퇴렐라증이 생길 수 있다. 고양이이나 개 또는 다른 수유동물에 물리거나 할퀴거나 상처에 접촉될 때 파스퇴렐라균에 감염될 수 있다. Pasteurella infections in the oral cavity of domestic cats, dogs, or wild lactating animals can cause Pasteurellasis. You can become infected with Pasteurella when bitten, scratched, or touched by a cat, dog, or other lactating animal.
원인 cause	Pasteurella 속 세균감염으로 생기는 인수감염병이다. It is an infectious disease caused by a bacterial infection of the genus Pasteurella.
잠복기 incubation	24시간 이내 within 24 hours
증상 징후 symptoms and signs	고양이 개 등이 갈퀴거나 물리면 그 장소에 봉와염이 생길 수 있고 국부 림프절비대, 한전, 열 등이 생길 수 있다. 그 외 농양, 농성 관절염 또는 골수염 등이 생길 수 있다. 패혈증, 뇌막염, 결막염, 심내막염, 호흡기 감염병, 간염, 폐렴, 맹장염, 간농양, 복막염, 요료감염 등이 생길 수 있다. If a sheep or dog is raked or bitten, cellulitis may occur at the site, and regional lymph node hypertrophy, convulsions, and fever may occur. In addition, an abscess, suppurative arthritis, or osteomyelitis may develop. Sepsis, meningitis, conjunctivitis, endocarditis, respiratory infections, hepatitis, pneumonia, appendicitis, liver abscess, peritonitis, and urinary infection can occur.
진단 Diagnosis	피, 관절 액, 뇌척수 액, 침, 늑막액, 림프절염 등에서 피검물을 채취해 균배양 검사 진단한다. Blood, joint fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, saliva, pleural fluid, lymphadenitis, etc. are collected and tested for bacterial culture diagnosis.
치료 treatment	Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, Cefuroxime, Cefixime, Cefpodoxime, Doxycycline, Fluoroquinolones. Cephalexin, Vancomycin, Clindamycin, Erythromycin. Azithromycin 등 항생제로 치료한다. 예방prevention	예방접종 백신은 없다. There is no immunization vaccine.
