풍토병 발진티푸스(발진열), Endemic Typhus(Murine Typhus)

역학 epidemilogy	발진열은 세계적으로 발생하는 분포되어 있다. 4월부터 10월까지 더 많이 발병한다. 아이들이나 성인들에게 감염될 수 있고 미국에서는 드물게 발생되지만 칼리포니아, 텍사스, 하와이 등 지역에서 발병될 수 있다.Oscillation fever is distributed worldwide. It is more common from April to October. Can infect children and adults It is rare in the United States, but it can occur in areas such as California, Texas, and Hawaii.
원인 cause	리케차 티피(Rickettsia typhi) 박테리아 또는 리케차 펠이스(Rickettsia felis) 박테리아에 감염된 쥐 벼룩이나 고양이 벼룩에 물리면 발진열이 생길 수 있다. 또는 감염된 벼룩 똥이 피부상처에 묻었을 때도 감염될 수 있다. Rash fever can occur if you are bitten by a rat flea or cat flea infected with the Rickettsia typhi or Rickettsia felis bacteria. Alternatively, infected flea dung can become infected by contact with a skin wound.
잠복기 incubation period	6-14일 6-14 days
증상 징후 Symptoms ,Signs	유행 발진 티프스(Epidemic typhus)의 증상 징후와 거의 비슷한 증상 징후가 나타날 수 있다. 증상 징후가 갑자기 나타날 수 있고 유행 발진 티프스의 중증도 보다 훨씬 덜하다. 열, 두통, 근육통, 구기, 구토, 황반구진 피부발진, 혈소판 감소증, 간 기능이상, 혈액 저 나트륨 등이 생길 수 있다.Symptoms may be similar to those of Epidemic typhus. Symptomatic signs may appear suddenly and are much less severe than the typhoid epidemic. Fever, headache, muscle pain, goji, vomiting, maculopapular skin rash, thrombocytopenia, liver dysfunction, and low sodium in the blood may occur.
진단 Diagnosis	병력+증상 징후+진찰소견을 종합해 이 병이 있다고 추정 진단하면 간접 형광항체(IFA)분석, 효소 면역분석, IgG 검사, IgM 검사, 병원체 배양, 환부 생체검사 등으로 진단한다.If the diagnosis is presumed to have the disease by combining the medical history + symptom signs + examination findings, the diagnosis is made by indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) analysis, enzyme immunoassay, IgG test, IgM test, pathogen culture, and biopsy of the affected area.
치료 cure	Doxycycline, Chloramphenicol, Fluoroquinolones 등 항생제로 치료한다. Treatment with antibiotics such as doxycycline, chloramphenicol, or fluoroquinolones.
예방prevention	예방 접종약은 없다. 쥐와 벼룩을 제거한다.There are no vaccines. Get rid of rats and fleas.
