야생토끼병(야토병), Tularemia

역학 Epidemiolog	야생토키병은 미국, 핀랜드, 스위던, 항가리, 그리스, 북미 지역에서 발병 된다. 토끼, 쥐, 개, 고양이 등 약 100여 종류의 동물들이 보균 하고 있는 Francisella tularensis 세균에 감염되면 이 감염병에 걸일 수 있다. 진드기 매개 또는 파리 매개로도 감염 될 수 있고 수입 애완 동물, 오염된 공기 흡입으로 감염되든지 이 균에 오염된 물이나 음식물을 통해 감염될 수 있다. It can also be transmitted by tick-borne or fly-borne, imported pets, by inhaling contaminated air, or through food or water contaminated with this organism.

잠복기 incubation	3-8 일 3-8 days
증상 징후 symptoms and signs	동물에 물린 부위에 황반구진이 생기고 그 부위에 있는 림프절에 급성 염증성 림프염이 생길 수 있고 고름이 림프염에서 흘러나오는 궤양 선 증후군이 생길 수 있다. 림프절이 비대되어 있지만 고름이 흘러나오지 않는 림프절 증후군이 있다. 플루와 비슷한 증상이 생기는 증후군이 있다. 결막염과 그쪽 귀바퀴 앞에 있는 림프절이 붓는 안 림프절 증후군도 생긴다. 편도염, 경부 림프절이 붓는 구강 인두 증후군도 생긴다. 고열, 간, 지라 비대와 패혈증을 동반하는 장질부사 증후군과 비슷한 증후군도 생길 수 있다. 그 외 열, 피로, 두통, 기침, 결막염, 구토, 설사 등의 증상 징후와 비 전형 폐렴 증상, 위장염 증상, 림프절 비대 등이 생길 수 있다. A macular papule may develop at the site of an animal bite, acute inflammatory lymphadenitis may develop in the lymph nodes in that area, and ulcerative gland syndrome may develop, in which pus flows out of the lymph node. There is a lymph node syndrome in which the lymph nodes are enlarged but pus does not flow. There is a syndrome with flu-like symptoms. Conjunctivitis and ocular lymph node syndrome, in which the lymph nodes in front of the auricle are swollen. Tonsillitis and oropharyngeal syndrome, in which the cervical lymph nodes are swollen, also occur. Syndrome similar to intestinal adrenal syndrome accompanied by high fever, hepatic and splenic enlargement and sepsis may occur. In addition, symptoms such as fever, fatigue, headache, cough, conjunctivitis, vomiting, diarrhea, atypical pneumonia symptoms, gastroenteritis symptoms, and lymph node enlargement may occur.
진단 diagnosis	병력, 증상 징후, 진찰 소견 + 혈청 검사, PCR 분석 검사, ELISA 검사 등으로 진단 한다.Diagnosis is made by medical history, symptom signs, examination findings + serum test, PCR analysis test, ELISA test, etc.
치료 treament	Streptomycin. Gentamicin, Doxycycline, Erythromycin, 또는 Quinolones (ciprofloxacin) 등 항생제로 치료 한다. Streptomycin. Treat with antibiotics such as Gentamicin, Doxycycline, Erythromycin, or Quinolones (ciprofloxacin).
예방 prevention	예방 백신은 없다. There is no preventive vaccine.
